Reno
Reno is my "heart" dog. I researched and looked and waited for him for 2 years. I knew that I wanted a dog by "Baron" (DC Lafayette Border Baron UDX2 MH) but Baron was being very selectively bred, so litters were hard to come by. But in June of 2006 a litter was created and from that litter came my Reno. Reno is 1000% more dog that I ever expected. He is just a character. He actually smiles at you when you come home! He is a finished show Champion, has field trial placements and he does very well in the field on wild birds. Reno achieved his JH title at the ripe young age of 8 monthsand will be going for his MH in 2009. He has a lot of drive and energy, but yet is very obedient. He is incredibly smart and is very eager to please. Reno is also a natural retriever, which is a huge bonus!
